Joystick drift is unacceptable for Consumers. #gaming

My PS5 controller started drifting this month right after my warranty on it ended. The controller is only a year and 2 months old. Why is the most important part of the controller also the most delicate?

At least Nintendo had a pretty good acceptance policy for drift and was no problem to replace. It's just frustrating, this hobby is not made for those wanting to put trust in the products they purchase.
