GTA San Andreas is GTA at its finest #gaming

No disrespect to the games after or even before, but SA imo is peak GTA. 4’s got the story locked down… but as a straight GTA title and content-wise it’s a step down from SA to me. 5 brought that Arcady vibe back but also lacked in the world. It just felt so empty, because most of it was.

SA to me had the best balance of having a good story and great gameplay. Not to mention the fun characters and music. It’s not a perfect game but it’s the best I’ve seen out of a GTA title. It was a sick ass evolution of 3 and Vice city.

6 has potential to dethrone that title for me depending how much content and immersion it brings to the table. Here’s to hoping.
