Do you think an AO-rated game made by a AAA developer would sell well or no? #gaming

I just watched a video about how there are only 27 released AO (adults only) rated games. Out of these 27, only a few are AO rated for violence rather than sexual themes. My question is, would a big name game developer (who has access to a lot of funds for advertising) be able to turn a profit on a violent AO rated game? It could only really release on Steam, as Xbox, PS, and Nintendo ban AO rated games on their stores. I saw a story once about how MGS V was almost AO rated and that got me thinking too about if it were possible

EDIT: I'm talking specifically about making a violent game, not a porn game lmao
