What game would you recommend to a composer? #gaming

Hi there

I'm a composer of orchestral music, and it's been a good while since I've gamed.
Last time was way before my musical journey began,
and I see my mindset is (for better or worse) being slightly dictated by my work.
Call it "seeing music" in everything

Therefore, I want to ask for your help in finding me a videogame that you think
would stimulate a musician of orchestral stuff. I played Eternal Sonata years ago and that was fun,
but I would like something else. I have Steam (Windows), Nintendo Switch
and Xbox Series X as available platforms,
so it would be great if you had some suggestions on those platforms : )
All I see when looking for music games are like Guitar Hero etc
