EA fucked me so hard I literally cannot play their games on Xbox anymore. #gaming

So I have an EA account that’s been linked to my Gamertag since I was a kid. Over 15 years.

Went to play Dragon Age, got the notification that I can no longer connect to EA servers. Turns out after jumping through hoops and calling both Xbox support and EA support (guess which one took over 3 hours?) that EA HAS SOMEHOW DELETED MY ACCOUNT.

This removes my ability to “authenticate” my profile (despite having access to all accounts and emails associated with any game I have ever played). Since I cannot authenticate my profile, I can’t delete the nonexistent old email off the account to set a new one capable of authentication.

EA LITERALLY SAID “Xbox will help you, we can’t.” And I responded “They literally told me they couldn’t help and that it’s literally your account issue, your games, and your problem.” And the agent literally replied with “that’s a shame.”

???

Since I can’t connect to an EA account, I can’t connect to EA servers, effectively soft locking me out of playing any EA games on my Xbox, from the Series X to the 360.

TLDR? EA Sucks so bad that they have effectively locked me out of my ability to play 80% of EA games on my Xbox Platforms. I literally have no idea what to do about the dozens of expensive-ass games I can’t play and they don’t give a shit.

Any ideas?
